Recommended daily dose & Usage:

for normal use/prevention: once a day mix 1 small teaspoon (1 g) in a cup of boiling water, leave covered to dissolve for 30 minutes, and then drink it. In case of health problems, take the product twice a day.

The quantity in the package is sufficient for two months in normal use.

Fifth Dimension powder can also be added to food during cooking or in a baking mix.
