These terms and conditions set out the terms of purchase through the online store www.nandy5.com (hereinafter: the “online store”) operated by Nandika Ltd. (hereinafter: “provider”).You automatically sign up for electronic notifications and various marketing techniques when ordering, but you can unsubscribe at any time at office@mynandika.com, the user’s wish not to receive advertising messages will be explicitly taken into account by the provider. By using and purchasing in the online store, the user accepts and agrees to all terms and conditions of business. All users use the website at their own risk.

CONTRACT
The purchase contract is concluded when the provider confirms the invoice of the consumer’s / user’s order by sending an e-mail to the user’s e-mail address. The purchase contract is concluded in the English language. These terms and conditions are an integral part of the purchase contract. The sales contract (order) is stored in electronic form with the provider and the buyer is always available upon written request.
PRICES
Published prices in the online store and issued offers, invoices are valid on the day of purchase, namely on the day of completion and submission of the order through the online store. Prices do not have a predetermined validity.
In case of errors, we reserve the right to make changes. Prices are valid in case of payment with the payment methods listed below, under the stated conditions. All prices are valid for items in stock.
Despite efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, price information may be inaccurate. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time the provider will offer the buyer a solution that will go to mutual satisfaction.
Prices are retail, include 13 % tax and are denominated in EUR.
Prices do not include delivery or postage costs.
We reserve the right to change the price of products without prior notice.
Discounts do not add up.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
You can pay for any ordered goods upon receipt of the goods (cash on delivery) if you decide to deliver the ordered goods to your home or any other address in Europe and decide to pay upon receipt goods, only payment in cash in a single amount is possible.
Payment of the pro forma invoice or bill by bank transfer will be made to the specified invoice, which will be sent to you via e-mail to the address you provided when ordering. After receiving your payment on our bank account, delivery will follow within the agreed time.
Payment by bank card is enabled via PayPal payment.
ORDERING
The provider will treat the accepted orders as irrevocable. In the event of an error or for other reasons, the customer may withdraw from the order at no additional cost in the period from the shipping order to the receipt of notification that the order is being processed. You can cancel the order by sending a message to the e-mail address office@mynandika.com or by calling tel. +386 40 868 048. In the event that the provider finds that the order cannot be executed under the stated conditions, it may reject the order.
PURCHASE PROCEDURE
It is described in detail below – “ORDER PROCEDURE”:
Order received.
After placing the order, the customer receives the order by e-mail, which means that the order has been successfully placed for processing.
Order being processed.
The provider reviews the order, checks the availability of the product and issues a notification to the user by e-mail that the order is being processed or rejects it for a reason.
The provider reserves the right to call the user on his phone number. In the event that the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the customer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time the provider will offer the customer a solution that will go to mutual satisfaction. Upon confirmation of the order, the bidder notifies the buyer by e-mail of the estimated delivery time.
Goods shipped.
The provider packs the goods, sends them and notifies the buyer by e-mail within the promised deadline.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY
In case of an error when ordering through the online store, the user can cancel the order in writing to the e-mail address office@mynandika.com.
DELIVERY GOODS AND POSTAL CHARGES
The ordered goods remain the property of the seller until the settlement of the entire purchase price by the buyer. We deliver the goods to you with a delivery service.
Goods ordered from this online store go on the road in the shortest possible time; if they are in stock in our warehouse, usually the same day or within three working days. In the event that the ordered product has just been sent or we cannot ship it within the promised time due to unforeseen reasons, we will inform you about the new delivery time via the provided contacts.
In order to deliver the ordered products as quickly as possible, we choose the most optimal route, package delivery service. If the order was placed by 12 noon, you can expect delivery in the next 3 days.
During holidays and weekends, the delivery time for working days off is extended accordingly. If you are not at the specified address at the time of delivery, you can pick up the package at the nearest collection point, the delivery person will inform you.
Postage is calculated according to the valid price list of the selected courier. The bidder reserves the right to change the amount of the delivery fee if this will fulfill the order more efficiently.
RETURN OF GOODS
The goods must be undamaged, unused, in the same quantity and in the original packaging and sent to the address of our company, whereby the buyer bears the cost of returning the goods. We do not accept redemption shipments. Be sure to enclose a copy of the original invoice and all necessary documentation with the return.
Withdrawal from the contract must be notified in writing by the consumer to Nandika Ltd., Inniscarra, Main Street, Rathcoole, D22 RP77 Co. Dublin, Ireland. You can also send an e-mail to office@mynandika.com. The only cost by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods.
Goods may be returned to: Nandika Ltd., Inniscarra, Main Street, Rathcoole, D22 RP77 Co. within 30 days of the notice of withdrawal. Dublin, Ireland. Return of the received goods to the provider within 14 days of receipt without prior written notice is also considered a withdrawal from the purchase.
In the event that the consumer withdraws from the contract, the provider must return the purchase price as soon as possible or no later than within 30 days when the provider receives the returned goods. We return the purchase price exclusively via a personal bank account (you must inform us of this during the refund procedure). We do not pay out cash.
We do not refund the cost of postage and it is not the subject of a complaint!
Refunds will not be considered for goods that have been damaged or used in your home. We reserve the right to refuse the return of a damaged, used or product that does not contain all the associated elements (packaging, invoice…) at the expense of the sender. 
Therefore, we ask you to handle the products economically and carefully, as this is the only way we will be able to replace the product or refund your money.
If, in the case of delivery of goods, you find that there has been a breakage in the shipment, you must notify us immediately; the same day, or no later than within three days. The buyer must initiate a complaint procedure with the delivery service. It does this by bringing the package to the nearest delivery service unit in the same condition as it was received and filling out a record of the damaged shipment.

Dublin, Ireland). We will replace damaged goods at no cost to you in the shortest possible time! You must adhere to the stated deadline, otherwise we will not consider your complaint.
COMPLAINTS AND INFORMATION

The provider undertakes to permanently protect personal data. These will be used exclusively for sending information material, catalogues, invitations, messages, offers, pro forma invoices, invoices and other necessary for communication. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
